Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday, normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time), and, at times, after hours. As far as holidays and “days off”, I use the bank as my gauge – if the bank is closed, I’ll think about closing as well (although as any entrepreneur knows, this is a bit of a pipe dream. But I do try to “not work” on holidays, hard as that is.)

Some thoughts on Communicating

I’m pretty big on prompt communication – it means something to me. So you can expect your call or e-mail to be returned within a reasonable timeframe, and you can also expect me to honor any “phone appointments” we make.
